Loan Account Extract

This data will be used for purposes of funds transfer pricing. Funds credit and charge rates are calculated at the customer account level.

Please generate this extract as soon as possible after the quarter ends. Many customers send this data in two files: One for demand accounts, one for time deposits.

Last Reprice Date	Required	Possibly called "date of last rate change", etc.
Maturity Date	Required
Current Interest Rate	Required
Tied to Prime Indicator/Prime code	Required	If the loan's interest rate is tied to prime or some other index this is the code that indicates that (possibly which index).
Reprice Frequency	Required	This code indicates how rapidly the interest rate could change. For example, the interest rate on variable rate loans could change daily or monthly.
Participation Percentage	Required	If this is a secondary market or participated loan, this code indicates what percentage of the loan is owned by the bank.
Account Name	Not Required
Date Closed	Not Required	Please exclude closed accounts from the file, but if not possible, include close date or possibly a status code.
Term	Not Required	The term of the account, hopefully in a consistent unit, like months, etc.
Term Code	Not Required	What unit the term value is in: "M" for months, "D" for days. Supply a list if necessary.
Officer	Not Required
Customer ID Number	Not Required	Do not send a Social Security number.
