Ms. Furlong is a Senior Consultant and a recent addition to the staff of The Kafafian Group, Inc. She is responsible for implementing and processing client specific profitability models.

She has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. In her position as Cost Accounting Manager at Provident Bank in Montebello, NY she set up and maintained the bank’s profitability model. She has been the Servicing Manager at a number of institutions where she successfully streamlined loan servicing operations, increasing efficiency and improving customer service. She has also been an Investor Reporting Manager where she created policies and procedures for reporting to the secondary market agencies.

She received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Jersey City State College and a master’s degree in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
