Mr. Sassaman is Vice President of The Kafafian Group, Inc. He is responsible for processing profitability models for several multi-billion-dollar community banks and thrifts. Since joining the firm, he has implemented and processed models for banks with sizes ranging from $100 million to $2.5 billion. His specialties include funds transfer pricing, activity-based costing, strategic planning, and financial advisory.

In addition to processing banks, he also performs numerous technology-related functions, including database administration and the development of web-based applications such as surveys. Prior to joining TKG, Mr. Sassaman worked at Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania as a business planning analyst, developing and implementing a product, organizational and customer profitability system in addition to processing the budget.

Mr. Sassaman received a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance in 1999 as well as a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware in 1991. He has eight years in the financial industry and is a member of AMIfs.
