Ms. Furlong is a Vice President

She has more than 20 years
experience in the financial services industry. In her position as
Cost Accounting Manager at Provident Bank in Montebello, NY, she
set up and maintained the bank's profitability model. She
has been the Servicing Manager at a number of institutions where
she successfully streamlined loan servicing operations,
increasing efficiency and improved customer service. She has also
been an Investor Reporting Manager where she
created policies and procedures for reporting to the secondary
market agencies.
She received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Jersey City
State College and a master's degree in Management from New Jersey Institute of
Technology.

Todd R. Sassaman

Mr. Sassaman is Vice President of
The Kafafian Group, Inc. He is responsible for the analytical
functions of the strategic planning and investment banking areas.
His main activities are earnings projections, capital planning,
accretion/dilution analysis for merger and acquisition
transactions as well as participating in strategic planning
engagements.
In addition to analytical
functions, he also performs numerous technology-related
functions, including database administration and the development
of Web-based applications such as surveys.
Prior to joining the strategic
and investment banking area, Mr. Sassaman was responsible for
processing profitability models for several multi-billion dollar
community banks and thrifts. His specialties include funds
transfer pricing and activity-based costing.
Before joining TKG in 1999 (then
part of Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets, which is now part
of RBC Capital markets), Mr. Sassaman worked at Univest Corp. of
Pennsylvania as a business planning analyst, developing and
implementing a product, organizational and customer profitability
system in addition to processing the budget.
Mr. Sassaman received a
Master's degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in finance in 1999 as well as a Master's
degree in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh
in 1993. He completed his bachelor's degree at the
University of Delaware in 1991. He is a member of AMIfs.

Stephen S. Murray

Mr. Murray is Vice President of
The Kafafian Group, Inc. His responsibilities include
implementation and processing of client-specific profitability
models.
He has over 20 years of financial
industry experience. He spent 15 years with Vermont National Bank
(now Chittenden Bank) as a Vice President & Investment Officer. His primary duties
included the management of the bank and holding company
investment portfolios, the bank’s asset/liability and
interest rate risk models and the management of the bank’s
daily liquidity position. He was also an account executive with Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital
Markets (now RBC Capital Markets).
He earned a bachelor of science
degree in Business Administration/Economics from Trinity College
in Burlington, Vermont. Steve’s professional education
includes the AMIfs Institute, American Bankers
Association’s Graduate & National Schools of Bank
Investments & Funds Management, New England School of
Banking and NASD Series 7 and 63. Mr. Murray served for five
years in the United States Air Force Security Police. He is
currently a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary Civil
Air Patrol. He is a qualified Ground Search and Rescue Team
Leader.

Robert J. Sanders

Mr. Sanders is Managing Director
of The Kafafian Group, Inc. and has participated in various
operations/systems consulting and strategic planning engagements
over the past several years. He has over 35 years of consulting
experience in Community and Regional Banks. He has managed the
evaluation and selection of both hardware and software for more
than 15 financial institutions including developing RFP
requirements, evaluation criteria, and negotiating final
contracts. Mr. Sanders’ experience spans from microcomputer
to mainframe management and application software including
utilizing various Financial Profitability Software. In addition,
he has extensive experience in Trust Operations, identifying cost
savings and revenue enhancements for clients.
Mr. Sanders was a Senior Vice
President, responsible for new product development, operations,
marketing and sales, at Financial Information, Inc., which
provided daily information on corporate reorganizations, called
bonds, put options and warrants to over 2,000 banks and
broker/dealers worldwide. Revenues and net income doubled during
his three-year tenure. Mr. Sanders was also Chairman of Brown,
Sanders & Associates, Inc., where he concentrated efforts on
trust cost accounting profitability software and security
operations and implemented software in over 200 banks. He was
also President of System Consultants Group, a consulting and
software company. He worked for KPMG’s management
consulting department for seven years and was responsible for
their financial institutions consulting practice for the
Southeastern United States. He was previously associated with IBM
as a Systems Engineer.
As a U.S. Army Airborne/Ranger
Captain, he served two tours of duty in Vietnam as an advisor to
the only Vietnamese Airborne Division. He was awarded the Bronze
Star, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Vietnamese Cross of
Gallantry, and Vietnamese Jump Wings as well as five other
medals.
Mr. Sanders is a Certified Public
Accountant and graduate of Bucknell University. He has attended
numerous IBM management and programming schools and researched,
developed and taught the only KPMG consulting class using audit
related software.

B. Lars Swanson

Mr. Swanson is Senior Vice
President of The Kafafian Group, Inc. His specialties include
building client-specific performance measurement models, funds
transfer pricing methodologies, processing and analyzing client
profitability results and special consulting engagements.
He has over 17 years experience
in the banking industry. Prior to joining TKG and its predecessor
companies, Mr. Swanson spent 12 years with Ramapo Financial
Corporation (now Valley National Bank). At Ramapo he had various
managerial and analytical responsibilities including
asset/liability reporting, product and organizational
profitability modeling and residential mortgage and residential
mortgage servicing valuation for the purpose of risk management,
financial reporting and purchases or sales. Prior to joining
Ramapo, Mr. Swanson worked for companies in the service and
manufacturing industries including a frozen food packing company
where, along with his other duties, he was responsible for
maintaining a batch level product profitability system.
Mr. Swanson is a graduate of
Allegheny College and has received an MBA in finance from Rutgers
University Graduate School of Management.
